After completing An Offering of Light, start the Class Hall side-quest Remnants of Darkfall Ridge to open up new equipment, higher ilvl tokens for followers, and new types of troops.
Artifact Knowledge is now passive and all players will be AK 41 gaining Artifact Power at 4x the current rate. Those who still need Concordance of the Legionfall or other traits will be able to catch up quickly.
